Adding & Organizing Clients

Import, organize, and manage all your clients

Add clients individually or import in bulk from CSV, QuickBooks, or Xero. Organize with tags, categories, and custom fields.

Adding Clients

Go to Clients → Add New Client and enter basic information: name, email, phone, client type, and assigned team members.

Bulk Import

Import unlimited clients from CSV files or directly from connected QuickBooks/Xero accounts. Automatic deduplication prevents duplicates.

Organizing Clients

Use tags (tax, bookkeeping, advisory), categories, custom fields, and search filters to organize and find clients quickly.
